Het European Journal of Navigation (EJN) is een gezamenlijke uitgave van een aantal Europese navigatieverenigingen, waaronder het Nederlands Instituut voor Navigatie. Dit internationale tijdschrift bevat wetenschappelijke en praktijkgerichte artikelen. Het bevat ook nieuws uit de verschillende Europese navigatieverenigingen. Het verschijnt drie keer per jaar. Leden van het NIN ontvangen het European Journal of Navigation als deel van het lidmaatschap. Sinds september 2020 wordt het tijdschrift elektronisch gedistribueerd.
